what is better than a real big dinner before celebrate the new year? ha, nothing! :) so, my friend and me started to disfigure the kitchen for conjuring a 3-part-meal. it was pretty delicious. haha.. there you go.
Starter "Bruschetta":
- chop unruffled parsley and deposit it in olive oil and grated lemon peel. flavor it with some salt and pepper and leave it for a moment beside.
- slice the bread into pieces and fry it in olive oil (take enough!) also flavor with salt and pepper (and other spice you like)
- cut the tomatoes in two halves. grind it on each piece of bread and press the tomatoes so that its juice gets into the bread. after that chop the tomatoes in cubes and arrange it on the pieces of bread.
- on the tomatoes you put half a slice of mozzarella and top it with a bit of the parsley you did before.
Main course "Truffle-Ricotta-Ravioli with Gambas and Garlic":
- fry the gambas (shrimps) in olive oil and pressed garlic. flavor it with salt, pepper and chili powder.
- same time steam some chopped onions in oil (and if you like also pressed garlic), add some bouillon and cream and flavor also with salt, pepper and other spice you like
- for the ravioli boil up water and give them into it for about five minutes.
- decorate with some parsley and enjoy the meal!
Dessert "Little Pancakes with Baked apple":
- you need to do the dough for the pancakes a little before because it needs about an hour to expand. well, it contains eggs, milk, sugar and flour..
- slice an apple into one centimeter thick pieces and caramelize them in a pan
- now if the dough is ready put 2-3 table spoons into a pan an fry it in butter
- enjoy it with maple sirup or vanilla sauce
